If we have not already scheduled an appointment for your session, please email me at 4mindfulmovement@gmail.com to schedule. If you need to make changes or cancel your session time, email or text me with at least 24-hours notice. You must cancel in writing with 24-hours notice or you will be charged in full for that session. Thank you for your understanding.

All sales are final. Purchase of private and duet sessions is non-refundable. If you are unable to use your session, please contact Naya at 4mindfulmovement@gmail.com if you would like to transfer the package to someone else. Thank you.
