This course has 7 video modules and a written “cheat sheet” of the exercises. The modules are designed to follow sequentially the first time through. Each module builds from the previous one, starting with the most approachable spine relaxation techniques and ending with a 20-minute back care routine. Prepare for the course by finding a comfortable place to practice these floor/mat exercises away from any distractions. Listen to your body and don’t do any exercise that causes pain. You can come back to any of these modules at any time, so remember that they’re here for you whenever you need them.
