There are two steps to register:

  1. Complete the registration form below.
  2. Submit your 10% initial deposit by following the instructions below the registration form.

STEP 2: INITIAL DEPOSIT

Pay your 10% non-refundable initial deposit based on room selection by any of these payment methods:

  • Zelle – [email protected]
  • Personal check – made out to Naya Calmels
  • Credit card – see option below (includes fee)

10% non-refundable initial deposit:

  • Single: $395 ($3950 total)
  • Double: $325 ($3250 total)
  • Quad: $310 ($3100 total)

**Quad Details: Located in Ursa Villa – 4 full sized beds and 1 full bathroom upstairs and a king bedroom with its own full bathroom downstairs, plus beautiful community space. Generally, this accommodation/price requires 4 people to share the villa. Enquire for details, if interested in this option.

Following payments:

-April 1, 2025: 40% deposit due

-September 1, 2025: Remaining 50% (final) deposit due

Please note:

*Registration and room options are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

*Registration between April 1-September 1, 2025, requires 50% deposit.

*Registration after September 1, 2025, requires 100% deposit.

*These rates do not include credit card fees, which are generally around 3%. If you pay by credit card, the fee will be added to the cost. See below.

*Note: 3rd party credit card processing fees are not included in the prices listed above. The credit card costs have been added to the credit card purchase options listed by the room option icons below.
