Please note that 10 Packs expire within 120 days days of purchase. Please schedule your 10 sessions before purchase (if you don’t already have a recurring session) to ensure that our schedules align and that you can use all of the sessions in your package. If you have a recurring weekly or bi-weekly time slot, you are automatically scheduled for your regular time slot(s).

If you need to make changes or cancel a session, please email or text me with at least 24-hours notice. You must cancel in writing with 24-hours notice or you will be charged in full for that session. Thank you for your understanding.

All sales are final. Purchase of private and duet sessions is non-refundable. If you are unable to use your session(s), please contact Naya at [email protected] if you would like to transfer the package to someone else.
