Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

Pilates really helps build core strength that I don’t get from my sports. It’s also helped me build muscles that I didn’t know I had or that I was supposed to have! The balance and variety with Pilates is now an important part of my exercise routine.
Since practicing with Naya, I’ve noticed that my hips move much more easily and my body moves more fluidly. My body feels more aligned and I just feel better! I love that the cueing is so precise that I can just close my eyes and follow along. My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner!
Highly recommended! Naya is masterful at sequencing her classes, gives clear instruction, and always has a modification ready if needed. Naya’s impressive knowledge of anatomy allows her to personalize the workout so that all participants can get the most out of her class.
